Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. For COD orders, our support team may verify your order before dispatch.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Shipping destinations: We currently ship to Pakistan only. Please check your shipping address at checkout, and contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our official online store and the purchase of our clinical skincare formulations, including The Barrier Balance Serum, The Barrier Brightening Serum, The Barrier Clarify Serum, and The Barrier Hydrate Serum.

By placing an order through our store, you confirm that all contact, billing, and shipping details provided by you are accurate, current, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel suspicious or duplicate orders, or limit quantities purchased per person or per household to prevent unauthorized reselling.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website, product imagery, or clinical formulation descriptions without our express written consent.

2. Clinical Skincare & Usage Disclaimer

Our products are formulated with clinical-strength cosmetic actives. The key actives in each serum are listed below.

Cosmetic use only: All products sold on our website are intended strictly for external cosmetic skincare use. They are not prescription medications and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical skin disease.
Sunscreen & layering precautions: When using exfoliating or brightening actives (especially Barrier Clarify Serum – 15% Mandelic Acid and Barrier Brightening Serum), always follow the usage frequency on the label, avoid combining incompatible strong acids or retinoids in the same routine, and apply broad-spectrum SPF 50 sunscreen every morning.
Sensitivity: If unexpected irritation, persistent redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and rinse with cool water. The Barrier is not liable for adverse skin reactions resulting from misuse, over-exfoliation, failure to patch-test, or combining products contrary to our instructions.

Patch test before first use

Because every skin barrier responds differently to active ingredients, we strongly recommend a 24-hour patch test on your inner forearm or jawline before applying any new serum across your face.

3. Product Information, Pricing & Availability

Formula integrity: All our serums are 30 ml / 1.0 fl. oz. clinical treatments formulated to be 100% fragrance-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free.
Stock & pricing: All prices displayed on the store are subject to change without prior notice. While we work hard to keep our best-selling serums in stock, high-demand items may occasionally sell out or require restocking.
Promotional offers: Discount codes and sale prices apply only during the stated promotional period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly specified.

4. Orders, Payment & Free Delivery Policy

Order confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team may verify your order before dispatch.
Shipping & free delivery: We offer free standard delivery on eligible orders as advertised on our store. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with standard delivery taking 3 to 5 business days depending on your city and courier coverage.
Delivery delays: While we partner with trusted courier services, occasional delays due to weather, public holidays, or regional transit conditions are outside our direct control.

5. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items (Buyer Protection)

Due to strict hygiene and safety standards for clinical skincare products, opened or used serums cannot be returned or exchanged. However, your purchase is fully protected if your order arrives damaged.

Inspection on arrival: Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.
Fast replacement: Once verified, we will ship a brand-new replacement bottle to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund or store credit.

48-hour claim window

If you receive a broken glass dropper bottle, a leaking serum, a missing item, or the wrong product, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear unboxing photos or video of the parcel and bottle.

6. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation free of charge before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, it can no longer be canceled in transit. Repeated refusal to accept confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels may result in restriction of future COD ordering privileges.
